Customised Products

Any saddle pad or ear bonnet that has been customised, personalised, embroidered, or altered specifically to the customer’s requirements is considered a bespoke item.

Due to the personalised nature of these products, customised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Care of Customised Items:

We have taken every care to ensure that all customised accessories and embellishments are secure and sturdy. However, due to the nature of additional accessories, we recommend that all customised items are hand washed only and treated with care. JK Equine cannot be held responsible for damage to customised accessories caused by incorrect washing, excessive wear, or improper care.

Non-Customised Products

If you are unhappy with a plain/non-customised saddle pad or ear bonnet, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been used or worn.
• The item has not been washed or altered.
• The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The item is free from horse hair, dirt, marks, stains, or any signs of use.
• The item is returned within the 14-day returns period.

The customer is responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured postage service, as JK Equine cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return postage.

Any item that has been used, damaged, washed, altered, or returned in an unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Please note: These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
